TOUCHPAD FIRMWARE UPDATE

This touchpad update brings an important fix to the touchpad on Thomson

(XX)N15I310-8GR256, (XX)N15I510-16GR512 notebooks, which in some cases can produce unintended cursor movements.

• SH1622xxxxxxxxx

Updating method:

1. Download the touchpad update application by using the download button
2. Copy the zip file to desktop (laptop), then unzip.
3. Run the touchpad_update.exe app.
4. Click the UPDATE option, the touchpad driver will be updated.
5. Once update process completed, the ‘version’ item will be displayed as ‘0004’.

6. Reboot the laptop.
